Index Properties aims to develop attractive multifamily rental communities, large scale, well-positioned industrial campuses and community properties such as private, charter and public schools in great, growing markets across separate but focused investment vehicles. Index often considers more complex mixed use developments and partners with local experts if a project is located outside our core markets. Index typically invests in covered land plays and entitled land predominantly in Florida.
