Dual Market Strategy

Index has benefitted in many regards as a result of its dual market strategy of investing throughout the U.S. and Sweden. Index was the first in the Stockholm and Norrtälje markets to introduce American innovations such as amenities, concierge service and tech applications to its Swedish developments with great success as evidenced by public anticipation for new projects and high resale value for the end customer. In the U.S. Index has incorporated Swedish concepts such as modern design, work/live/play optimized community layouts and leading by example through investing and developing with ESG and sustainability targets in mind. These factors have significantly contributed to Index ability to quickly lease up, sell out and receive great community feedback from our residents and tenants, even during times when the market is down.

    Index Investment Group expanded its operations to the United States in 2005 and began investing in 2010. The group has since built and divested over 3,000 units across multifamily rental and assisted living communities. The group has a current development pipeline of over 2,500 units focused on multifamily rental communities in Florida. What sets us apart from other companies in our projects is the focus on incorporating work/live/play components to create a real sense of community while borrowing ideas from our projects in Sweden in regards to modern design and sense of home.

    Index Invest International was founded in 1998 and invests primarily in condominium development. The group has built and divested over 6000 units and is currently working on developing condominiums and multifamily rental communities in the Greater Stockholm Area.
